Extreme Dividends Alerts – 6/25/2025

By | June 25, 2025

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet with a new member of our group. He just received his first dividend. He collected a great yield but a small total payment because out of caution he bought only a small amount of stock. He is the second member to report following our plan on the website of buying just enough to get started with the intent of building the portfolio on the dips as success becomes apparent. Two other members of the group report that this is now their largest source of incomes. So congratulations to all of you now making money at this.

Regarding the market, as reported yesterday on FBN, there now appears to be change in market behavior. As evidenced by the share price of VIX (the fear index fund => $60 in April and $17.50 now), when fake news touts “major calamitous events” such as tariffs, war threats, and actual shooting conflicts, investors are responding with a lot less panic. In spite of the fear mongering, people are starting to see positives of tariffs and cleverly executed plans in the Middle East, not to mention the new Tax Bill. There is still volatility, but at the moment it is mostly green which is good for us as our hedge funds make money in both directions.

None of this weeks yields reached 100%, but they are all still higher than most investors ever see. So here are today’s alerts which must be purchased by the close of market tonight to collect Friday nights payments:

CHPY / WEEKLY$0.3767 (orig cost $46.19 now $54.55)35.95%6/27/25

PYPY / 4 WEEK$0.3297(orig cost $18.79 now$12.94)**33.10%6/27/25
** Possible Bargains

Some of the above stocks show a capital loss but don’t be fooled, they have often more than covered those losses with very large dividends, plus we often buy more on the dips lowering our average cost. And the real beauty of it is they pay Return OF Capital dividends – not taxable until cost is recovered. Click the link for more details.

I hope this is useful for you.

Regards,

Clint
