The news lately has been flooded with AI stories. Of course this works well for us with our investments in PLTY, AAYY, NVDY/DIPS, AMDY and TSMY. However, if you read between the lines there is a major opportunity looming. All of these huge AI data centers both near term planned and those under construction are projected to at least triple the consumption of electric power. As it is impractical to feed the required gigawatts of power from the grid, the projection is that each AI center will have its own power plant.
The ideal solution will utilize a new generation of Small (nuclear) Modular Reactors – producible soon, super clean and safe, and about the size of a few tractor trailers. Unfortunately, only a handful of prototypes (e.g., Nuscale – SMR) exist and the demand is immediate. You probably will want to own Uranium mines when these systems go on line (e.g., DNN, CCJ). So far these are not high dividend stocks.
An alternative everyone is discussing is natural gas mini electric plants. Not only will this drive up the demand for gas, but. the political gateway is opening up for the U.S. to again start selling LNG to Europe. Needless to say, with our shares in ECTM ($0.63, LAST DIV 15.18% – next dividend Aug.) this is our avenue to score big dividend profits. Considering its dividend history vs. todays pennystock price, a 1 qtr dividend could eventualy cover today’s price – that’s bargain hunting!!!!
From Globenewswire, One of todays alerts (HOOY) is way over 100% but be warned these sometimes drop like a rock after dividends close and there is uncertainty about the growth of HOOD.
